This privacy policy applies to leakdetectives.io, operated by Pool Pros Plus, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) of Lawton, Oklahoma. Leak Detectives is a trade name of Pool Pros Plus, LLC, as are Pool Pros and Surface Pros.
Our pool construction and service business has its own policy at pool-pros.com/privacy-policy, and our job applicants and internal systems are covered by a separate notice at pool-pros.com/platform-privacy. This policy governs leakdetectives.io.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Information you give us
When you request a quote or contact us through this site, we collect:
- Your name (required)
- Your phone number (required)
- Your email address (optional)
- Your town, chosen from the towns we serve
- What you need — the problem you pick from the list, and any details you write in the message box
- Which form you used on the site
You do not need to create an account, and we do not ask for payment information through this website.
Photos. This website does not accept photo uploads. If you send us photos afterwards — by text or email — we use them as described in Section 2.
1.2 Information collected automatically
Our web host collects standard technical information when you visit — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the referring site — to keep the site running securely. When you submit the form, we also use your IP address to limit repeated submissions from the same address. That count is held briefly and is not saved with your inquiry.
This site does not use analytics or advertising tools. See Section 5.
2. How we use your information
We use what you give us to:
- Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
- Evaluate the leak or repair you are asking about and prepare an estimate
- Schedule an on-site inspection or service appointment
- Contact you about the job, including follow-up on an open estimate
- Keep records of the work we have quoted and performed
- Screen submissions for spam and unsolicited sales pitches. The screen is a fixed set of rules applied to what you write. A submission it flags is still saved in our records, not discarded.
Photos you send us are used to evaluate the pool, equipment, or condition you are asking about. We will not use your photos in advertising, on social media, or in marketing materials without asking you first.
3. Phone calls and text messages
When you submit a form with your phone number, you are asking us to contact you about your inquiry, and we will call or text you about it.
- No marketing texts. We do not send marketing text messages to numbers collected through this site. Our texts are about your inquiry and any work you ask us to do.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry and any work in progress.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for messages.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or tell us on a call. Reply HELP for assistance, or call the number in Section 9.
- Age. You must be 18 or older to give consent to be contacted.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your consent record with any third party for their marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not shared with anyone outside the service providers listed in Section 6 who help us deliver those messages.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade it, rent it, or provide it to data brokers or to other contractors as sales leads.
We share it only:
- With the service providers listed in Section 6, who process it on our behalf and have no right to use it for their own purposes
- Between our own brands — Pool Pros, Surface Pros, and Leak Detectives are the same company, and if your inquiry is better handled by another of our crews we will route it internally
- Where required by law, valid legal process, or to establish or defend our legal rights
- In connection with a sale or transfer of the business, subject to this policy
5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising
leakdetectives.io does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. It uses only what the site needs to function.
Links from this site to our sister companies’ sites carry tags in the web address that tell those sites the visit came from leakdetectives.io. The tags identify the link you clicked, not you. Once you arrive, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the quote form continues to work if you do. We do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals, as there is no common standard for them.

We keep inquiry records, estimates, and job records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and afterwards as needed for warranty, tax, and recordkeeping purposes. Photos you send us are kept with the estimate they relate to. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using Section 9.
8. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect the information you send us, including encrypted connections on our website and access controls on the systems that hold your records. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask a question about this policy:
